Cinque Terre, Manarola - Italy

Manarola - the second smallest of the five villages of Cinque Terre
Cinque Terre is a scenic region along Italy’s Ligurian coast, made up of five small villages – Monterosso al Mare, Vernazza, Corniglia, Manarola and Riomaggiore. Cinque Terre is known for its dramatic cliffs that drop steeply into the sparkling sea, colorful houses that climb the mountains, and the narrow, winding paths that connect the villages. A national park and World Heritage Site, Cinque Terre attracts visitors with its unique combination of natural beauty, culture and traditional fishing and farming life.
Manarola - the second smallest of the five villages, is particularly loved for its charming harbour and picturesque views. Built on a cliff overlooking the turquoise sea, Manarola is characterised by colourful houses and narrow alleys leading down to small boats and fishing villages. Manarola is also famous for its vineyards that cover the steep terraces above the village, where the local wine Sciacchetrà is produced.
