Kamøyvær is a small, charming fishing village located in Nordkapp municipality in Finnmark county, on the eastern side of the island of Magerøya in northern Norway, about 15 km from North Cape. North Cape - the cliff that rises 307 meters above the Barents Sea and attracts over 200,000 visitors each year. The island of Magerøya is connected to the mainland via a 7 km long underwater tunnel. Kamøyvær is one of the northernmost villages in the world with permanent residents all year round, and a place that combines Arctic nature, fishing culture and an artistic soul.
