The Tourist Center is a hub for both winter and summer visitors, and here you can get information about activities, accommodation and local services. On the south side of Trysil, at the Trysil Tourist Center, you live close to the ski slopes and all the activities that Trysil has to offer. With a host of restaurants and other amenities close at hand - including ski hire, shops, swimming facilities and après-ski. Many cabins and hotels in Trysil offer ski-in/ski-out, which means you can get directly out on the skis from your accommodation. Trysil is Norway's largest ski resort and consists of four connected ski areas around the mountain Trysilfjellet.
Trysil is located in Hedmark county, close to the border with Sweden. If you choose to fly, Scandinavian Mountains Airport is about 30 minutes from Trysil by car. In Trysil, you can enjoy activities such as ski school with Valle for the children, evening skiing and a lively après-ski life at the Laaven restaurant.
