Sadelexpressen is a six-chair lift in the Björnen area, part of the Åre ski area, which transports skiers from the Högåsliften valley station in Björnen to the top of the Sadelliften. From the Sadelexpressen mountain station, there is a fantastic view of Åreskutan and the surrounding mountains.
Åre is a historic mountain village with a wide range of skiing, shopping, restaurants, bars, hotels and cabins. The ski slopes and views in Åre are recognizable from many World Cup competitions and international travel magazines have repeatedly named Åre one of the world's best ski resorts. Skiing in Åre is divided into three different areas. The most famous is Åre village with Åreskutan towering in the middle, right next door is the child-friendly Åre Björnen, and a short drive away is Duved/Tegefjäll.
