Björkliden - Sweden

Björkliden is a town located in Lapland, in northwestern Sweden, about 100 kilometers from Kiruna and close to the border with Norway. Björkliden is located in an incredibly beautiful landscape, surrounded by high mountains, deep valleys and glaciers. It is a place that offers panoramic views of Lapland's mountains and the Low Mountains, as well as over Torneträsk, Sweden's sixth largest lake. Björkliden is particularly famous for its ski resort, which offers both alpine and cross-country skiing.
