Vasakronan develops the Kaj 16 property
The Centralen area and Lilla Bommen in Gothenburg are facing extensive development and the area is an important part of the Nordic region's largest urban development project – Älvstaden. Vasakronan is developing, among other things, the property Kaj 16, which includes 37,500 m2 of offices, retail, food & beverage, health and entertainment spread over 16 floors. Kaj 16 is being built next to the recently constructed Platinan and the new Hisingsbron with direct access to the quay and Göta Älv.
