Hemavan, Gondola valley station - Sweden

Hemavan Gondol is also open in the summer. Kungsleden is located directly next to the gondola's top station and there is also a viewing area with seating where you can enjoy a coffee with a magical view. Approximately 400 meters below the top station you will find Björk – Top Restaurant & Mountain Bar which serves lunch with local ingredients all summer long.

Hemavan is northern Sweden's largest ski resort and is located in Lapland/Västerbotten. The facility is privately owned with just over 70 employees during the winter season. It offers great skiing in the winter and mountain hiking in the summer. Hemavan also has the freeskiing paradise Kobåset, which is considered by many to be Sweden's best freeskiing area. In the summer, it is mountain hiking along the world-famous Kungsleden, mushroom picking and the mountain nature that attract most visitors.
