Malmö is Sweden's third largest urban area with approximately 360,000 inhabitants, mainly located in Malmö municipality in Skåne County, but also including Arlöv in Burlöv municipality and a smaller part in Lomma municipality. The Malmö part of the urban area is the central city of Malmö municipality, while Arlöv is the central city of Burlöv municipality. Malmö has two international airports within 30 minutes of the city center, a well-developed port operation and train connections both to Europe and regionally. Around 70,000 people commute into Malmö every day. Malmö is close to Copenhagen and the distance is approximately 40 km.
