Here, Görtz Fastigheter is building the Fåfängan block near the travel center in central Örebro, located in the area between Fredsgatan, Klostergatan and Östra Bangatan. The project includes the construction of 245 rental apartments ranging in size from 1 to 4 bedrooms and commercial premises on the ground floor.
Construction began in the summer of 2022 and is expected to be completed in the fall of 2025.
