Södertälje – Stadsrum Fastigheter AB is building a new hotel by Lake Maren
On the property Tellus 5 in central Södertälje, Stadsrum Fastigheter AB is constructing a new building of approximately 12,000 m2. A lease agreement has been signed with Winn Hotel Group, which will operate a hotel under the Clarion Hotel brand. The hotel will contain 200 guest rooms, a lounge, bars, restaurants, outdoor seating on a terrace facing Maren, a conference area and a fitness facility.
