Castellum's construction project Infinity is being developed in the Sorbonne neighborhood in Hagastaden, one of Stockholm's most expansive areas. The project comprises approximately 20,000 square meters of leasable space distributed over twelve floors above ground and two basement levels. Infinity consists of two equally sized buildings of approximately 10,000 square meters each, which are partially interconnected on five floors in the middle. The building is designed to offer flexible office solutions adapted to the needs of different tenants. Facilities such as a restaurant, training and conference facilities are planned at street level. Infinity will be certified according to Miljöbyggnad Guld, NollCO2 and WELL Core. Construction is planned to start in the third quarter of 2025, with occupancy expected in the fall of 2027.
