Huge Bostäder AB is building 125 rental apartments in the Bonden 7 block at Trångsundsvägen in central Trångsund in Huddinge municipality. There will be 15 one-bedroom apartments, 77 two-bedroom apartments, 16 three-bedroom apartments and 17 four-bedroom apartments. Huge Bostäder AB is Huddinge municipality's wholly-owned housing company with operations throughout the municipality. Huge Bostäder AB owns and manages over 8,000 apartments as well as several commercial premises and district centers.
The property is expected to be ready for occupancy in 2025-2026.
