Sandhamn is a community and a pilot station on the north side of Sandön in the Stockholm archipelago. Sandhamn is the center for KSSS summer activities and thus a classic starting point for several regattas, including the Sandhamnsregatta. Guest harbors are located at Sandhamns sailing hotel and on nearby Lökholmen, which is serviced by a free passenger boat. Swimming beaches are located in Trouville on the southeast side of the island and at Fläskberget on the northwest side. Sandhamn is serviced by, among others, Waxholmsbolaget with boats from Stockholm, Vaxholm and Stavsnäs. There are several hotels and restaurants on the island.
