JM is building new apartments, the Kungsliljan neighborhood in Järvastaden
The Kungsliljan neighborhood consists of a total of 89 newly built homes with different characteristics. There is everything from space-efficient one- and two-bedroom apartments to spacious six-bedroom apartments for families who need extra space. The apartments at the top of the building will have a generous roof terrace facing south with views of Solna and Strawberry Arena. The neighborhood surrounds a lush and green courtyard for the residents, along with the Kattfoten neighborhood. There is a shared barbecue, play area and seating areas. A garage is being built under the courtyard with space for parking, bicycles, storage and stroller storage. Environmental rooms with the possibility of waste sorting are located adjacent to some stairwells. The roofs are covered in sedum, which makes the house blend in nicely with the green surroundings. The commuter train at Ulriksdal station is a 10-minute walk away. Stockholm City can then be reached in 10 minutes and Arlanda in 28 minutes.
The Kungsliljan neighborhood is expected to be completed in the fall of 2026.
