Solnabostäder is building the Bollen neighborhood in Råsunda, Solna
Signalisten's subsidiary Solnabostäder is developing the Bollen neighborhood in Råsunda with new development in the form of 244 new rental apartments, six of which are LSS apartments, and new premises for, among other things, a health center and a parking garage in the basement. Business premises are being built on the ground floor of the buildings.
The buildings are expected to be completed in stages, with building A, the health center part which is the northwestern part of building A towards Stråkvägen/Víntervägen, expected to be completed by autumn 2027 and the remaining apartments in building A by spring 2028, buildings B and C by autumn 2028 and building D by spring 2029.
