Bonnier Fastigheter is developing the office building Portalen, which will be the entrance to the new Stockholms Hamnkvarter district in Värtahamnen in Stockholm. The building is 13 stories high and approximately 17,000 square meters of GLA. The office space is distributed over 12,000 square meters, the ground floor is planned for public activities / restaurants and on the roofs the tenants will have access to two large roof terraces. Stockholms Hamnkvarter, as part of Norra Djurgårdsstaden, strives to become one of Sweden's most socially and environmentally sustainable districts.
