Skanska is constructing the Olivin office property on Lindhagensgatan, western Kungsholmen in Stockholm
The Olivin office building is an ongoing construction project developed by Skanska Fastigheter in the Lindhagen district on western Kungsholmen in Stockholm. Olivin is being built with a focus on sustainability and environmental awareness. The building aims to achieve LEED Platinum and Zero CO2 certifications. Parts of the frame will be built in wood. The Olivin office building will have 11 floors with a leasable area of approximately 23,000 square meters. The building, which is part of the larger Lindhagenskvarteren development area, is planned to be ready for occupancy in the fourth quarter of 2026.
