Varberg, Apelviken - Sweden

Apelviken is a popular bay and beach in Varberg, Halland County, located on the Kattegat. It is one of Sweden's most famous surfing spots and offers a long sandy beach, cliffs to the north and a bathing jetty to the south. Apelviken is located about 1.5 km south of Varberg's city centre. The area is known for its relaxed atmosphere, charming beach bars and a wide range of activities, including surfing, beach volleyball, mini golf and child-friendly playgrounds. The webcam is located at Stormhuset, a newly built meeting place for surfers in Apelviken, Varberg, created by the Varbergs Förenade Surfare association.
