An apartment building is emerging on Tändstickan in Västervik. Most of it was prefabricated and was prefabricated in Strängnäs. It was driven to Västervik and lifted into place, floor by floor. Finished bathrooms were lifted in before a new floor was built on top. The property was completed in 2008.
