Slussen, Södermalm - Sweden

Slussen is an important traffic and urban development area in Stockholm, serving as a link between the Old Town, Södermalm and the other parts of the city. The redevelopment of Slussen includes new buildings, improved water regulation and better connections between the different districts. Slussen will continue to be an important hub for public transport. The new design is also planned to give the area a more open and accessible appearance, with squares and promenades.
