The project consists of 154 social housing units, 45 rental apartments, a preschool and 3 business premises in Munktellstaden. Kv Nougaten is the last plot in Munktellstaden and Kv Nougaten is bounded by Spårgatan, Verkstadsgatan, Nordwallsgatan and Brädgårdsgatan.
